Aqua Fitness Classes

We offer group exercise class for all abilities. Water is a fantastic medium for exercise, particularly for those who want to reduce impact on joints, while still getting a great aerobic work out. Read more about our classes to see which is right for you!​​​​

Aqua fit class

​​​Aqua Fit

  • Takes place in the Sunrise Pool (1-1.2m deep)

  • Focus on cardio, strength, conditioning and flexibility

  • Maximum 13 participants in each class

  • 45 minutes long

  • Classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays

Aqua Bootcamp

  • Takes place in the Sunset Pool (1.4m deep, not suitable for non-swimmers)

  • Circuits-style workout in the water, greater emphasis on building strength and cardiovascular fitness

  • Maximum 8 participants in each class

  • 45 minutes long

  • Classes on Tuesday mornings

Instructions and Procedures

  • Changing facilities and showers/toilets are available before and after your swim., but we do recommend coming 'swim ready' as the space can be limited

  • You are welcome to bring your own aqua fit dumbbells or we have plenty to borrow

  • We suggest you use water shoes (please only wear for the pool, not outside)

  • Please complete a PARQ form on our booking site and bring to your first session to give to the instructor or email in advance to grangefarmswimschool@gmail.com

  • You can 'transfer' a booking up to 24hrs before your class starts at no charge - please see your booking confirmation to do this

  • If it's less than 24hrs notice, unfortunately you will need to 'cancel' your session if you can't make it - no refund or credit will be given in this instance
